服務態度很差，進房間電視放不出來，前台來看一句不好意思對不起都沒有，後面讓保安來看，最開始跟前台説補差價升級房間，她説你們用了廁所換不了，我請問你們房間問題要讓顧客來承擔？晚上沒有保潔阿姨是你們酒店問題不是客人問題，有這樣甩鍋的嗎？ 房間衞生很差，衞生間地上有毛，下面會帶圖。證明酒店房間打掃出來也不會查房，之前的床單上也有問題，前台説早就這樣了也沒説跟我們換過床單哈。這個酒店前台是大爺哈

酒店非常好，感覺衞生，凌晨2點到的，前台妹妹還是很有耐心的辦理了入住，酒店還包含了早餐了，味道非常好，特別是阿姨做的鹹菜，每一種都特別好吃，阿姨還説下次來了給我們煮麪吃，太好的入住體驗了
